Job Description:
Femost Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic, goal-driven, and passionate Sales Executive to join our team based beside the Magodo Phase 2 Gate. If you are a high-energy communicator who loves the challenge of real estate and has a proven track record of meeting targets, we want to help you take the next step in your career. You will be instrumental in driving our sales growth and helping our clients find their dream homes.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential home buyers and investors to expand our client base.
Property Presentations: Conduct site visits and deliver compelling presentations about our real estate offerings to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to closing.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate market trends in Lagos to effectively communicate the value of our properties to potential leads.
Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; you must be articulate, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
Drive: Highly goal-oriented and passionate about the real estate industry.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
Note: Prior experience in the real estate sector is a significant added advantage.
Location: Candidates should be comfortable working from or commuting to our location beside Magodo Phase 2 Gate.
