Job Description:

Sales & Revenue Excellence

  • Target Achievement: Actively engage walk-in customers to identify their needs and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maximizing Value: Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote accessories, protection plans, and related gadgets to increase the total basket value.

  • Pricing Accuracy: Ensure all customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, ongoing promotions, and warranty terms.

The Customer Experience

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Provide a warm, professional, and courteous welcome, ensuring every visitor experiences our brand values.

  • Relationship Building: Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming to build long-term loyalty and repeat business.

  • Problem Solving: Promptly address product-related issues and guide customers through troubleshooting or return processes.

Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Visual Standards: Maintain an immaculate store environment. Ensure products are clean, well-displayed, and accurately labeled according to visual merchandising standards.

  • Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock counts, inventory checks, and the reporting of any discrepancies to prevent loss.

  • Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using POS systems, ensuring precise cash handling and daily reconciliation.

Requirements:

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Retail Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high foot traffic with ease.

  • Tech Literacy: Strong interest in and knowledge of mobile technology, features, and evolving trends.
