Job Description:

Are you an NYSC corps member looking to jumpstart your career in sales and customer relations? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team in Lagos. This is a hands-on role where you will be the bridge between our brand and our customers. If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude, we provide the perfect environment for you to develop professional skills in communication, CRM management, and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide prompt, helpful, and professional responses to customer inquiries across phone, email, social media, and chat platforms.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Product Advocacy: Maintain deep knowledge of our products to provide accurate information and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.

  • Continuous Growth: Participate in training programs to sharpen your service skills and expand your business knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: No prior experience is required—we are looking for individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, coupled with active listening skills.

  • Tech-Readiness: While you may not have prior experience with CRM tools or helpdesk software, you should be eager and quick to master new digital tools.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    • A natural problem-solver with a positive, empathetic approach to customer service.

  • Flexibility: Must be available for flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
