Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Sales Associates to join our retail teams in Ago-Okota, Ajao, and Lekki (Admiralty & Osapa). This is a vital role that combines active salesmanship with disciplined inventory control.
As a Sales Associate, you are the heartbeat of the shop floor. You will be responsible for ensuring your assigned section is always fully stocked, aesthetically displayed, and commercially successful. Beyond selling, you will act as a guardian of product quality—monitoring expiration dates and stock levels to ensure our customers always have access to the best products. If you are proactive, organized, and have at least one year of retail experience, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Merchandising & Sales Optimization
Active Marketing: Drive sales and improve the performance of your assigned section through product knowledge and customer engagement.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure all products are displayed attractively and correctly priced, following the company’s "Ready-to-Sell" standards.
Floor Synergy: Assist in the general administration of floor staff and security to maintain a safe and organized shopping environment.
2. Inventory Governance & Quality Control
Stock Replenishment: Conduct daily audits of your shelf and compile restocking lists when inventory levels drop below two weeks of projected sales.
Expiry Management: Maintain a rigorous "Expiry Watch" by identifying and reporting any goods with less than six weeks of shelf life remaining.
Reporting: Submit timely reports to your Supervisor regarding stock movements, fast-moving items, and damaged goods.
3. Operational Support
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and security teams to ensure smooth stock transfers and loss prevention.
Ad-hoc Duties: Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to support the overall success of the branch.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience in a retail or sales environment.
Location: Candidates must be able to work at one of our branches in Ago-Okota, Ajao, Lekki-Admiralty, or Lekki-Osapa.

Attention to Detail: Precision in checking dates and counting stock.
Communication: Ability to interact politely with customers and report clearly to management.
