Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused Business Sales Associate to join our growth team. This is a role for a closer—someone who doesn't just "talk travel" but understands how to connect with ambitious individuals and convert their aspirations into confirmed bookings.

As a Business Sales Associate, you will be the primary driver of revenue, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. From crafting bespoke itineraries to maintaining high-touch client relationships, you will ensure every customer experience is seamless, premium, and professional. If you have 1–2 years of sales experience and a passion for the travel industry, we want to help you scale your career.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Inquiry Conversion: Actively promote and sell premium travel packages, services, and insurance products to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage with high-net-worth and ambitious clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and exclusive activities.

  • Bespoke Itineraries: Create customized, high-value travel plans that align with client preferences, ensuring a "gold-standard" travel experience.

2. Booking Management & Technical Excellence

  • Precision Transactions: Accurately handle reservations, flight bookings, and financial transactions through industry-standard booking platforms.

  • CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) to ensure no lead goes cold.

  • Follow-up Protocol: Implement a disciplined follow-up system to confirm bookings, provide visa updates, and address post-sale concerns.

3. Market Intelligence & Customer Advocacy

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring travel industry trends, emerging destinations, and competitor pricing.

  • Relationship Architecture: Build a loyal client base by delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat business and high-value referrals.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as a calm and professional problem-solver when travel disruptions occur, ensuring client satisfaction remains the top priority.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales or a high-end customer-facing role. Experience in travel consultancy or agency roles is a significant advantage.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Travel Management preferred.

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or Freshdesk) and travel/flight booking platforms.

Core Competencies

  • Persuasion & Closing: A natural ability to handle objections and close high-value sales deals.

  • Travel IQ: Familiarity with global travel destinations, visa requirements, and luxury travel trends.

  • Precision: High level of accuracy in handling flight bookings and financial documentation.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting to sophisticated clients.
