Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Sales and Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary growth engine for our healthcare solutions. In the evolving landscape of Nigerian healthcare, the challenge isn't just selling a service; it is driving the adoption of modern, technology-driven care. This role is designed for a "HealthTech Evangelist"—someone who can navigate complex negotiations with HMOs while simultaneously managing high-impact digital patient acquisition campaigns.
Your mission is to expand our footprint across the corporate and institutional ecosystem in Lagos. You will be responsible for the entire revenue lifecycle—from pitching telehealth solutions to C-suite executives to analyzing digital marketing metrics that drive patient volume. If you have 3–5 years of experience in the medical/health sector and a proven ability to close institutional partnerships, we want you to lead our market expansion.
Requirements:
1. Institutional Partnerships & B2B Sales
Corporate Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure high-value contracts with corporate clients, HMOs, and insurance providers.
Telehealth Pitching: Act as a subject matter expert in virtual health, articulating the ROI of telehealth solutions to institutional stakeholders and decision-makers.
Contract Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations to achieve favorable terms that align with the company’s long-term revenue targets.
2. Digital Marketing & Patient Acquisition
Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and paid advertising to drive direct-to-patient acquisition.
Content Strategy: Oversee healthcare-specific content marketing that educates the market on telehealth benefits while ensuring compliance with patient confidentiality standards.
Performance Analytics: Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to pivot strategies and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
3. Relationship Management & Compliance
Ecosystem Networking: Build and maintain a robust network within the Lagos healthcare ecosystem to stay ahead of competitor activity and market developments.
Confidentiality Standards: Ensure all marketing and sales activities strictly adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations.
Brand Equity: Act as the face of the organization at health tech summits and medical industry events to build long-term brand authority.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or Communications. An MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within Healthcare, Telemedicine, HMOs, or HealthTech.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM) and the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
