Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales and Marketing Officer to anchor the growth engine of Travices Nigeria Limited. In a specialized luxury landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the conversion and the precision of the itinerary success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive revenue generation with the clinical precision required for Visa Processing, Flight Logistics, and Bespoke Tour Engineering. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" with at least 5 years of proven experience in the Travels and Tours sector who can blend "Relational Grit" (securing corporate clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage a high-fidelity digital presence.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Partnership Governance
Business Sovereignty: Identify and secure new business opportunities and high-net-worth corporate clients, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Service Architecture: Promote comprehensive travel services, including flight and visa logistics, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless global mobility.
Integrity Stewardship: Prepare precise proposals and quotations, ensuring the "Source of Brand Authority" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic
Presence Sovereignty: Manage and grow the company’s digital footprint across social media and marketing channels, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Visibility."
Strategy Architecture: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Ikoyi/Osborne demographic, providing the "Functional Foundation" for localized market dominance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of travel industry expertise to resolve logistical abnormalities and meet sales targets in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Track and report on sales performance metrics with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Strategy."
Relational Architecture: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with airlines and service providers, providing the "Relational Foundation" for competitive pricing.
Execution Power: Operate within a high-stakes environment to drive immediate revenue growth, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Sales and Marketing specifically within a Travels and Tours company.
Industry Edge: Strong understanding of the travel industry, including visa regulations and tour packaging.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
