Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team across our key hubs in Lagos (Ogba, Ikeja, Yaba, Ikorodu) and Abeokuta. In a competitive commercial landscape, success is defined by "Presence", the ability to seamlessly transition from digital market research to high-impact field visits at customer premises and schools. This role is designed for a "Field Catalyst", a proactive professional with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" with the persuasive skills required to drive sales growth.
Your mission is to ensure "Sustainable Client Acquisition and Brand Visibility." You will be the primary engine of our outreach: responsible for identifying leads via Google research, managing office-based administrative tasks, and conducting on-site visits to close deals. If you possess "Self-Driven Initiative," a good telephone manner, and the integrity to act as a brand ambassador in the field, we want you to drive our commercial excellence.
Requirements:
1. Field Intelligence & School Partnerships
Direct Outreach: Conduct physical visits to customer premises and educational institutions (schools) to present product value propositions and secure partnerships.
Market Navigation: Utilize local geographical knowledge across Lagos and Ogun to optimize field routes and maximize daily client touchpoints.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high retention and word-of-mouth referrals.
2. Digital Research & Lead Generation
Google Orchestration: Perform comprehensive computer-based research to identify new market opportunities, potential school leads, and competitor activity.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of prospects, tracking the status of each lead from initial contact to successful conversion.
Telemarketing Excellence: Utilize a professional telephone manner to book appointments, follow up on quotes, and resolve client queries promptly.
3. Administrative Governance & Team Synergy
Office Support: Manage essential administrative tasks, including documentation, report preparation, and filing, to ensure office operations support field activities.
Collaborative Leadership: Act as a team player, sharing market insights with colleagues and demonstrating leadership skills in coordinating group marketing efforts.
Ethical Presence: Conduct all business activities with absolute honesty and integrity, ensuring the company’s reputation is protected during every interaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Prior experience in sales or field marketing is a significant plus).
Technical Mastery: Good knowledge of Google Search for market research and proficiency in basic office software.
Core Competencies
