Job Description:

- As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will identify opportunities, forge partnerships, and execute strategies to expand your footprint in the African travel market.
Requirements:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at networking events and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company as needed.
- A passion for travel and familiarity with the African market is an added advantage.
