BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT THE SCHOOL OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the School of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships that align with our mission to promote effective dispute resolution practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance revenue streams and expand our educational offerings.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the legal and dispute resolution sectors.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote our programs and services, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in education or a  related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
