Job Description:

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Associate to join our team at Newcorn.
• As a Retail Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Process sales transactions, including operating a cash register and handling customer payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor
• Collaborate with other retail associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
