We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• GUO Transport Company Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Personnel with strong project management experience to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards across all company operations and project sites, while driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate and supervise all safety activities across ongoing projects.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on safety planning and compliance.
• Lead safety training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks for staff and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with management to promote a strong culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a safety role within a project or transportation environment.
• Professional safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
