Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, fashion-obsessed Social Media Intern to serve as the digital "eye" of our brand in Abuja. In the luxury and retail fashion sector, your content is the storefront. This role is designed for a "Creative Alchemist", someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, understands "the aesthetic," and can turn a raw behind-the-scenes (BTS) moment into a viral, high-conversion Reel.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between our physical collection and our digital community. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from conceptualizing trendy transitions and capturing high-quality mobile footage to high-speed editing and community engagement. If you possess a high-quality smartphone, a sharp eye for detail, and the "vibe" to represent a growing fashion label, we want you to shape our grid.

Requirements:

1. Content Architecture & Visual Production

• The "Eye" for Detail: Capture high-quality BTS footage, product shots, and "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) style content that highlights the craftsmanship and lifestyle of the brand.

• On-Site Execution: Travel to designated shoot locations in Abuja to lead mobile photography and videography during content days.

• Trend Integration: Constantly "scan" TikTok and Reels for trending audios and visual formats, adapting them instantly to fit the brand’s unique identity.

2. Post-Production & Aesthetic Editing

• Mobile Editing Mastery: Transform raw footage into fast-paced, trendy, and aesthetic videos using tools like CapCut, VN, or InShot.

• Visual Consistency: Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand’s color palette, typography, and "grid aesthetic."

• Storytelling: Craft compelling captions and on-screen text that drive engagement and tell the story behind each collection.

3. Community Management & Growth

• Engagement Engine: Actively manage our digital community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and monitoring DMs.

• Calendar Planning: Support the lead strategist in building a monthly content calendar that balances promotional posts with educational and entertaining content.

• Growth Tracking: Monitor which types of content perform best and provide feedback to the team to refine future shoots.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• The Gear: You must own a high-quality smartphone with an exceptional camera capable of 4K video recording.

• The Skills: Proficiency in mobile photography/videography and a "Pro-Level" comfort with mobile editing apps (CapCut is a must).

• Location: Must reside in Abuja (FCT) and be available for physical commute on shoot days.
