Job Description:
We are seeking a service-obsessed, process-disciplined, and leadership-ready Operational Governor to anchor the guest experience and revenue-engine of our restaurant. In the high-velocity world of hospitality where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of table-turnover and the precision of the service-filter success is defined by "Restaurant Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end culinary presentation with the clinical precision required for Operational-Governance, Cost-Architecture Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Staff-Engagement Momentum. This role is designed as a "Restaurant Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious hospitality leader who can blend "Front-of-House Grit" (mastering the complexities of guest conflict and service flow) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Daily Operations.
Requirements:
1. Service Sovereignty & Experience Architecture
Sovereignty of Service: Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Guest Throughput."
Operational Architecture: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless dining experience.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment adhering to health/safety regulations, ensuring the "Source of Hygiene-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Profitability Logic
Cost Sovereignty: Control costs by minimizing waste and optimizing inventory usage, acting as the primary "Source of Bottom-Line Momentum."
Budget Architecture: Assist in budget management and daily sales reporting, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive financial decision-making.
Conflict Stewardship: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, maintaining the "Source of Brand-Loyalty."
3. Operational Fidelity & Leadership Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, acting as the primary "Source of Team-Development Insight."
Training Architecture: Provide ongoing mentorship to FOH/BOH staff, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a high-performing, culture-driven workforce.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical-Expertise (POS/Administrative Tools) to accelerate the "Order-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Operational Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of progressive experience in restaurant supervision or front-of-house management.
Technical Power: Mastery of POS systems, inventory control protocols, and HSE/Food Safety standards.
Aptitude: Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and multitasking capabilities; ability to manage high-pressure, guest-facing environments.
Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Restaurant Sovereignty" in a high-demand hospitality landscape.
