Job Description:
We are seeking smart, driven, and results-oriented Female Marketers to anchor our market expansion in Ojota, Lagos. In the rapidly evolving energy sector, success is defined by "Distribution Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity corporate sales with the aggressive recruitment of a nationwide dealer and reseller network. This role is designed for a "Market Growth Architect" who can blend "Persuasive Communication" with the "Strategic Grit" required to meet ambitious sales targets and provide real-time market intelligence.
Requirements:
1. Channel Architecture & Dealer Recruitment
Network Expansion: Identify and recruit new dealers, resellers, and distribution partners to broaden the company’s regional market footprint.
Reseller Governance: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with resellers, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell our energy solutions.
Corporate Market Penetration: Market and promote high-capacity renewable energy systems directly to businesses and industrial clients in the Ojota commercial hub.
2. Sales Intelligence & Target Mastery
Performance Velocity: Meet and exceed predefined sales targets through aggressive prospecting and relationship-driven closing.
Market Intelligence: Provide management with high-fidelity feedback and intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer needs.
Campaign Advocacy: Support and lead marketing campaigns and product promotions to increase brand recall and lead generation.
3. Relationship Diplomacy & Client Stewardship
Strategic Networking: Develop a robust pipeline of corporate leads through consistent networking and professional engagement.
Brand Representation: Act as a high-fidelity ambassador for clean energy, educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of transitioning to renewable power.
Continuous Professional Growth: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to master the technical and commercial aspects of the solar and renewable energy sector.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First Degree (B.Sc) / HND in any discipline.
Target Audience: Confident and persuasive Female Graduates eager to build a long-term career in renewable energy sales.
Experience: Previous marketing or sales experience is an added advantage but a "Passion for Clean Energy" is mandatory.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Grit: Strong ability to handle objections and close complex deals with corporate stakeholders.
Communication Power: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-impact presentations and networking.
