Realhouse Communications Limited is the publisher of two established print and digital magazines: Castles Lifestyle – a weekly real estate listings magazine and Highbrow Living – an upmarket magazine focused on luxury properties, interior décor, and architecture.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Videography Intern to produce engaging video content that attracts and retains users across our social media platforms and website.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high quality professional video content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling
• Add captions, voiceovers, motion graphics, transitions, music, and basic animations where needed
• Edit videos using industry-standard software and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align videos with brand strategy
• Optimize video formats for social media, websites, and advertising platforms(reels, short clips and long form videos)
• Maintain an organized video library and project documentation
• Stay updated on videography trends, techniques, and platform best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer or video editor (link to portfolio/demo reel required)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut etc.
• Good understanding of color, lighting, audio and pacing for videos
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus
• Familiar with social media formats(reels, promotional videos)
• Interest in real estate, lifestyle, or media content is also a plus

Additional earnings: 10% commission on fully paid videography projects from company clients
