Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager with the ability to attract investments, grow managed funds, and cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). If you excel at meeting ambitious targets and delivering measurable results, this position is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and mobilize funds by attracting new investments from HNIs and corporate institutions.

• Build, nurture, and expand a strong network of high-value clients.

• Consistently achieve and surpass set sales and investment targets.

• Design customized investment strategies to meet individual client needs.

• Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities to maximize profitability.

• Strengthen client loyalty through exceptional relationship management and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Achieve a financial target of ₦1 billion annually .
• Build a strong pipeline of new clients within the first three months.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, asset management, investment management, or business development.

• Skills: Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client portfolio management.

• Mindset: Highly target-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
