Requirements:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement aggressive, targeted marketing strategies to promote our property portfolio and professional services.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate quality leads, manage inquiries, and master the sales pipeline to convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Digital Presence: Drive property visibility across social media and digital channels through engaging content and consistent promotion.

• Client Relations: Build and sustain high-value relationships with investors, clients, and strategic business partners.

• Site & Event Management: Manage physical property inspections and lead our presence at exhibitions and promotional events to maximize brand reach.

• Content & Research: Design engaging marketing materials and presentations while maintaining up-to-date market intelligence on emerging real estate trends.

• Sales Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with the core sales team to hit and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
