Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and geographically elite Real Estate Marketer to anchor the revenue engine of our Lagos Island operations. In the specialized landscape of Lekki and Ajah property development, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize luxury asset narratives with the clinical precision required for Digital Marketing, High-Stakes Presentations, and Negotiation. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (closing deals in the Lekki-Epe axis) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate the Lagos Island market and utilize high-level analytical tools.

Requirements:

1. Corridor Orchestration & Portfolio Governance

  • Axis Sovereignty: Utilize deep familiarity with the Lekki-Epe, Ajah, and Lagos Island corridors with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Geographic Intelligence."

  • Narrative Architecture: Develop high-fidelity property presentations using PowerPoint and Word, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite client engagement.

  • Mobility Stewardship: Execute expert-level Lagos driving requirements to facilitate site inspections, ensuring the "Source of Client Accessibility" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

  • Digital Sovereignty: Lead digital marketing initiatives to capture high-net-worth leads, acting as the primary "Source of Online Visibility."

  • Negotiation Architecture: Drive the closing process through strong oral and written communication in English and Yoruba, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for successful contract finalization.

3. Presentation Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc/HND or MBA in Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in real estate marketing/development (specifically within Lekki/Ajah/Lagos Island).

  • Language Mastery: Excellent oral and written communication in English and Yoruba.
