We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Real Estate Marketer to accelerate our property sales and rental operations. You will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for identifying high-value leads, showcasing premium properties, and closing deals. Requirements:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and deploy creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to ensure our property listings gain maximum visibility.

• Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive networking, digital outreach, and referral management.

• Client Advisory: Conduct professional property inspections and presentations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding market trends, investment potential, and property suitability.

• Deal Execution: Navigate the entire sales and leasing lifecycle—from initial inquiry and site inspection to complex negotiations and final handover.

• Portfolio Management: Source new property listings and maintain strong communication channels with property owners to ensure our inventory remains competitive.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze pricing strategies and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that optimize our sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in lead generation, property sales, or rental management.
