We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Real Estate Agent is responsible for connecting buyers, sellers, and tenants, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • The role involves listing properties, guiding clients through viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on the local property market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Property Listings & Marketing:
    • List properties for sale or rent and ensure accurate, appealing descriptions.
    • Organize and host property viewings for prospective clients.
    • Prepare promotional materials like brochures, signage, and flyers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants.
    • Understand client needs and provide expert advice on property options.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Negotiation & Sales:
    • Negotiate property prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
    • Prepare and review sales agreements, lease contracts, and other documents.
    • Ensure smooth transaction processes from offer to closing.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Stay updated on local property market trends and pricing.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, investment opportunities, and property values.
    • Report on sales activity, client feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure all property transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and client interactions.
    • Coordinate with legal or regulatory authorities when necessary.

Requirements:

  • OND / HND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, contracts, and local market trends.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
