Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Quantity Surveyor to anchor the financial and contractual engine of our construction operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the valuation and the precision of the variation order success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize cost planning with the clinical precision required for Contract Management, Procurement Processes, and Final Account Resolution. This role is designed for a "Value Architect" specifically a senior professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in real estate and road construction who can blend "Commercial Grit" (negotiating subcontractor quotes and managing project risk) with the "Managerial Agility" required to execute Cost Accounting and Resource Optimization.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Budgetary Governance
Sovereignty of the Estimate: Prepare high-fidelity cost estimates and budgets at all design stages, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Project Foresight."
Reporting Architecture: Perform rigorous cost control and financial reporting throughout the lifecycle, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project solvency.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct risk and value management processes, ensuring the "Source of Project Viability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Contractual Logic
Tender Sovereignty: Review and assess tenders and contracts with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Contractual Security."
Variation Architecture: Monitor project progress and measure variations accurately, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fair and transparent final accounts.
Advisory Stewardship: Provide strategic advice on procurement and contractual claims, maintaining the "Source of Legal and Fiscal Clarity."
3. Operational Integrity & Resource Power
Negotiation Sovereignty: Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Efficiency."
Resource Architecture: Ensure the proper utilization of human resources and materials on-site, providing the "Relational Foundation" for operational throughput.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 6–9 years of Real Estate and Road Construction expertise to accelerate the "Claim-to-Payment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Certification: Must be duly certified by a professional regulatory body (e.g., NIQS/RQS).
Experience: Proven work experience of 6 – 9 years specifically in Real Estate and Road Construction.
Technical Power: Deep knowledge of Cost Accounting and cost management systems.
Managerial Power: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site-level resources.
