Job Description:

• As part of our commitment to maintaining world-class production standards and driving operational excellence, we are launching our Graduate Trainee Program to discover and nurture the next generation of industrial leaders.
• We are seeking vibrant, analytical, and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team and undergo intensive technical  training to become certified Quality Assurance Officers.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training)

• In-Process Monitoring: Oversee and audit the raw material processing and production lines to ensure strict compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Product Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, and structural tests on polymer and flexible packaging materials to guarantee product durability.
• Defect Mitigation: Identify, isolate, and report any material or structural deviations on the factory floor to minimize production waste.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation of quality control tests in alignment with regulatory and company safety standards.

Target Academic Disciplines
To be eligible for this technical trainee track, applicants must hold a B.Sc. / B.Eng. / HND in any of the following fields:

• Polymer and Textile Engineering
• Chemical and Polymer Engineering
• Polymer Engineering

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2) or Lower Credit for HND holders.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate status (Completion of mandatory National Youth Service Corps - NYSC is required).
• Competencies: Strong numerical, scientific, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced factory floor environment.
• Attributes: High level of personal integrity, precision, and an eagerness to learn complex manufacturing processes.
