We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Ensure all engineering projects, products, processes, and services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, supporting the company’s mission to deliver reliable power engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures, and standards across operations.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify improvement areas.

• Analyze quality metrics to drive process improvements and reduce defects.

• Oversee testing activities and maintain complete quality documentation.

• Mentor and manage QA staff, providing training and promoting a culture of excellence.

• Liaise with clients on quality expectations and address concerns professionally.

• Prepare and present quality reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• Professional QA certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE) are advantageous.

• Proven QA experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international standards.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement.
