We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize service processes, monitor performance, and ensure our customer service standards are consistently exceeded. You will analyze data, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to staff to drive excellence in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define customer interaction quality standards while staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Facilitate compliance with quality metrics through planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all customer interactions to meet KPIs.

• Conduct daily evaluations and feedback sessions with customer experience staff.

• Identify training needs and develop training resources, including manuals, guides, videos, online modules, and workshops.

• Represent the brand effectively in all customer interactions.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.

• Analyze performance data to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in any field from a reputable university.

• Any professional certification in Customer Service, Process Optimization, Business Management, or Team Management is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer experience team, with at least 1 year as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, issue resolution, and service excellence metrics.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
