Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our eCommerce platform.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying and documenting defects, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and user-friendly customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Control:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile eCommerce applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across the user journey, including browsing, search, checkout, payment, and order fulfillment.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, security, usability, and cross-browser testing.
• Validate integrations with payment gateways, logistics providers, CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Communicate defects clearly with developers, product owners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure resolution meets acceptance criteria
• Work with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality from the development stage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in an eCommerce or technology environment.
