We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products.
• The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Control:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Ensure releases meet quality standards before deployment

Automation & Tools:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Improve test coverage and testing efficiency
• Use testing tools to monitor performance and reliability

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Recommend improvements to QA processes and development workflows

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain test documentation and quality reports
• Provide clear feedback on risks, issues, and release readiness
