We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Dewatering Supervisor with strong Project Management skills to oversee dewatering operations on a busy construction site.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all dewatering activities, supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor all dewatering operations on site.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage resources, equipment, and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience in dewatering operations in construction projects.
• Proven track record in project management within a construction environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage
