Job Description:

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Agent/Officer to join our team at Ark Solutions.
• As a Purchasing Agent/Officer, you'll be responsible for procuring goods and services, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Requirements:

• Procure goods and services, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing contracts
• Manage supplier relationships, including communication, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in procurement software and systems, such as
• SAP or Oracle
