Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Public Relations Officer to manage the company's internal and external  communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our corporate image, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This role requires an individual who can act as a professional bridge between the organization and the public, project sites, and corporate partners.

Requirements:

• Corporate  Communication: Draft and disseminate official internal memos, press releases, and corporate announcements to maintain organizational transparency and employee engagement.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with community leaders, government agencies, and corporate clients to support company objectives.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and protect the organization's public image; develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity and promote positive achievements.
• Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, seminars, and memorial services to ensure professional representation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in an industrial, construction, or logistics sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal  communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media management for professional branding.
• Proven ability to handle high-stakes communication under pressure.
