Job Description:

  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation within the financial industry.
  • Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits, and official statements related to company activities, reports, partnerships, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial journalists, media houses, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and facilitate press engagements.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment about the company.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts and protect the company’s public image during sensitive situations.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to amplify published content through strategic PR campaigns.
  • Create content for newsletters, internal memos, and corporate announcements.
  • Support the organization of press conferences, webinars, industry events, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Ensure alignment of all communication with the company’s brand voice, corporate values, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably within a financial or business media environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, economic issues, and business journalism.
  • Proven experience managing media relations and public image in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Established network of media contacts within the finance and business sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a strong advantage.
