We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and compassionate Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the voice and face of our hospital in Enugu. In the healthcare sector, communication is critical; you will be responsible for managing our public image, fostering positive relationships with our patients and the surrounding community, and ensuring that our communication with staff, the media, and the public is clear, professional, and empathetic. Requirements:

• Brand & Image Management: Protect and enhance the hospital's reputation by managing all internal and external communication channels.

• Patient & Public Relations: Act as a liaison between the hospital and the community, ensuring patient feedback is heard and addressed professionally.

• Media Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring that all public statements align with hospital policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Internal Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between senior management and hospital staff to keep everyone aligned with our mission and quality standards.

• Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively identify potential issues that could impact the hospital's image and implement strategies to manage those perceptions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Public Relations, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred.
