Job Description:

First Ally Properties is seeking a sophisticated Real Estate Sales Executive to drive high-value property transactions and expand our footprint in the premium residential and commercial markets. This is not a traditional "agent" role; it is a position for a Strategic Investment Advisor who can speak the language of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors. You will be responsible for structuring complex deals, leveraging digital marketing tools, and building a robust pipeline of institutional partnerships. If you have the business acumen to navigate property financing and the charisma to influence C-suite decision-makers, we want you to lead our growth.

Requirements:

1. High-Value Business Development

  • HNW Pipeline Management: Identify, profile, and convert a pipeline of High-Net-Worth Individuals, corporate entities, and institutional investors.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level alliances with mortgage banks, cooperatives, and developers to secure bulk sales and exclusive leasing contracts.

  • Market Intelligence: Proactively analyze real estate trends and competitor activities to position our portfolio as the premier investment choice.

2. Investment Advisory & Client Engagement

  • Relationship Stewardship: Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, ensuring long-term retention and a high rate of referral business.

  • Property Showcasing: Lead professional site inspections and property viewings, utilizing a mix of physical walkthroughs and high-tech virtual tours.

  • Digital Sales Integration: Partner with Marketing to leverage CRM tools, social media, and online listings to ensure maximum visibility for our property listings.

3. Transactional Governance & Reporting

  • Deal Structuring: Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including the preparation of offer letters, purchase agreements, and financing advisory.

  • Performance Analytics: Provide management with data-driven sales reports, market insights, and detailed competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Background

  • Education: BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales, with a documented track record of closing high-value residential and commercial transactions.

  • Network: An existing, active network within the Nigerian real estate sector and financial institutions.

Core Competencies

  • Financial Fluency: Strong understanding of property financing, mortgages, and investment ROI.

  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in leveraging CRM tools and digital marketing platforms for lead nurturing.

  • Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional ability to structure complex deals and influence high-profile stakeholders.
