We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the rental and management operations of our residential and commercial properties on the Victoria Island and Lekki axis.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of the Lagos property market and a proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure optimal property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property rental operations, including tenant sourcing, screening, and lease management.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, rent collections, and reports.
• Market available properties through effective channels to minimize vacancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Strong understanding of the luxury apartment rental market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
