Job Description:

  • Provide the Project Team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment, and execution.

  • Interface and collaborate with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate, Drilling, Procurement, and other General Services throughout all project phases.

  • Facilitate effective logistics coordination between Drilling and company Projects, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

  • Evaluate logistics requirements for each project and allocate appropriate resources.

  • Engage with projects in the early planning stages to identify logistics challenges and ensure adequate resource allocation.

  • Offer logistics expertise and guidance for effective pre-Gate 3 planning, including infrastructure development, contracting strategies, work breakdown structures, and organizational plans.

  • Review and validate that all logistics deliverables meet project specifications and standards.

  • Actively participate in project logistics planning activities, meetings, and workshops, providing valuable input to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of contractor capabilities within relevant markets to ensure optimal vendor selection and performance. 

      

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics planning and execution, as well as construction, safety, and procurement.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites for functional and operational support.
  • Strong background in Reservoir Engineering management and corporate production forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
