We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations within the Blown Film or Flexible Packaging production unit.
• This role ensures efficient use of resources, adherence to quality standards, compliance with safety protocols, and delivery of production targets.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in plastics technology and proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient output in line with production plans.
• Oversee machine operations (Blown Film or Flexible Packaging lines), ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to meet product specifications and customer requirements.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, troubleshooting equipment and process problems promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize production flow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the plant.
• Track and report production data, highlighting variances, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics Technology or a related engineering/manufacturing discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years industrial experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in Blown Film or Flexible Packaging production within a reputable company.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization abilities.
• Solid knowledge of production safety standards and regulatory compliance.
