We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage the monthly and weekly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints.
  • Align production schedules with sales forecasts, stock norms, and inventory replenishment strategies.
  • Translate demand and order plans into optimized manufacturing schedules, ensuring efficient capacity utilization and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing units, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
  • Monitor production progress, address deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure alignment of production output with inventory targets, minimizing both overproduction and stockouts at SKU level.
  • Generate and publish daily/weekly/monthly production reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards (MIS/KPI).
  • Support and participate actively in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, ensuring that production inputs and constraints are adequately represented.
  • Liaise with quality assurance to ensure production meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production planning processes and reduce costs.
  • Maintain production planning systems and master data accuracy for materials, capacity, and lead times.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience.
