Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with full factory experience to oversee and manage our furniture production operations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent measurement skills, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure all work meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production workflow
• Interpret designs and ensure accurate measurements for all projects
• Manage and supervise workshop staff and production teams
• Ensure all furniture is produced to specification, on time, and to high quality
• Prepare and review cutting lists and production plans
• Monitor material usage and minimise waste
• Maintain health and safety standards within the factory
• Coordinate with designers and installation teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a furniture manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and machinery
• Excellent measurement and technical skills
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
