Ltd a cleaning service company for several multi-national companies, corporate bodies, industrial clients as well as individual clients now has seven other subsidiaries ranging from  Defence Products (Land Systems, Air Systems, Naval Systems and Body Armour), Private Cemeteries, Steel and Construction. O’la-kleen Holdings Limited has over the years, evolved into a conglomerate with offices on five continents.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Decide how best to use plant’s workers and equipment to meet production goals 
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery
• Ensure that production stays on schedule and within budget 
• Assist in the recruitment of technical staff, train, and evaluate workers 
• Analyse production data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to the COO
• Monitor plant’s workers to ensure they meet performance target and safety requirements 
• Create ways to make the production process lean and more efficient 
• Determine whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary 
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production challenges during production process
• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality and inventory
• Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget. 
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.
