This role is designed for a "Sourcing Architect" specifically a professional with direct experience in the construction space who can blend "Commercial Grit" (securing competitive bids and negotiating payment terms) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Spend Analysis and Inventory Replenishment Planning.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance

• Sovereignty of the Bid: Obtain and analyze quotations and proposals with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Pricing."

• Documentation Architecture: Prepare purchase requisitions and contract documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a transparent and legally sound acquisition process.

Professional Profile
