This role is designed for a "Supply Chain Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing physical stock) with the "Technical Agility" required to maintain a "Zero-Discrepancy" record-keeping system across the farm’s diverse operations.
Requirements:

Sovereignty of Levels: Monitor and manage daily inventory levels with millimetric precision, ensuring the farm remains a "Source of Readiness" for all operational requirements.
Movement Architecture: Track all internal and external stock movements, acting as the primary "Source of Traceability" for every unit of material from procurement to application.
Accountability Logic: Implement and enforce rigorous inventory control measures to ensure 100% material accountability and "Zero-Waste" operational flow.
2. Procurement Intelligence & Vendor Logic
Supply Sovereignty: Source and procure essential farm inputs and materials, ensuring all purchases act as a "Source of Quality" and cost-efficiency for the organization.
Vendor Diplomacy: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms that enhance the farm’s "Economic Velocity" and supply chain resilience.
Data Synthesis: Maintain high-fidelity, "Audit-Ready" procurement records, providing management with clear visibility into spending trends and stock aging.
3. Logistical Resilience & Operational Grit
Flow Architecture: Coordinate the efficient flow of materials across different farm segments, ensuring "Zero-Downtime" due to stockouts or logistical bottlenecks.
Safety & Storage Stewardship: Oversee the organization and cleanliness of store facilities, ensuring that all inventory is stored according to "High-Fidelity" safety and preservation standards.
Reporting Excellence: Prepare regular inventory status and procurement reports, highlighting anomalies or risks that require immediate administrative attention.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of BA / BSc / HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in Procurement, Store-keeping, or Supply Chain Management (Agribusiness experience is a plus).

Diagnostic Grit: High level of detail-orientation with a "Zero-Error" approach to record-keeping.
