Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Procurement Officer to anchor the direct-sourcing engine of our operations. In a specialized manufacturing landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the supply chain and the precision of the material specification success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize internal production needs with the clinical precision required for Strategic Sourcing, Cost Optimization, and Vendor Management. This role is designed for a "Value Architect", specifically a Bachelor’s degree holder with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Negotiational Grit" (securing advantageous terms for direct materials) with the "Strategic Agility" required to mitigate procurement risks and develop contingency plans.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance

• Sourcing Sovereignty: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for direct procurement needs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Material Integrity."

• Negotiation Architecture: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure elite agreements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for favorable pricing and delivery terms.

• Relationship Stewardship: Ensure effective management of key supplier relationships, ensuring the "Source of Vendor Loyalty" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Cost Logic

• Optimization Sovereignty: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, acting as the primary "Source of Bottom-Line Efficiency."

• Risk Architecture: Identify potential procurement risks and develop high-fidelity contingency plans, providing the "Functional Foundation" for supply chain resilience.

• Budgetary Stewardship: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all purchases align with departmental budgets, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Discipline."

3. Operational Integrity & Contract Power

• Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure vendor adherence to SLAs and contract terms for local packaging and direct materials, acting as the primary "Source of Contractual Fidelity."

• Process Architecture: Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement workflows, providing the "Relational Foundation" for departmental efficiency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of manufacturing procurement experience to accelerate the "Sourcing-to-Settlement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Procurement software and the Microsoft Office suite.
