Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically fluent Procurement Officer to anchor the supply engine of Zithelo Real Estate Limited. In a specialized construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the availability of materials and the precision of the unit cost success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize vendor onboarding with the clinical precision required for Building Finishes, M&E Items, and Site Logistics. This role is designed for a "Resource Architect" with a B.Sc./HND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (securing best-value terms for bulk materials) with the "Strategic Agility" required to forecast needs and minimize waste across residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance

  • Sourcing Sovereignty: Source and onboard high-fidelity vendors for building materials and construction services, acting as the primary "Source of Project Readiness."

  • Vendor Architecture: Periodically review performance (price, quality, reliability) to provide the "Structural Foundation" for a resilient and accountable supply chain.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and Nigerian laws, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Ethics" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Negotiation Logic

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Secure optimal prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines, acting as the primary "Source of Project Best-Value."

  • Order Architecture: Track requisitions from request to site delivery with millimetric focus, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted building progress.

  • Quality Stewardship: Resolve delivery or quality abnormalities with vendors in real-time, maintaining the "Source of Finishing Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Resource Power

  • Forecast Sovereignty: Work with Project and Store teams to avoid stock-outs and minimize site waste, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Optimization."

  • Analytical Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Excel to compare quotes and support project budgeting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven cost control.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of real estate procurement expertise to resolve logistical bottlenecks, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput" at Zithelo.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven procurement experience (Real Estate or Construction sector preferred).

  • Technical Power: Strong knowledge of construction materials and local supply markets; elite Excel skills.

  • Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a comfortable rapport with site teams and management.

Core Competencies

  • Negotiation Grit: Proven ability to manage contract conditions and achieve best-value terms.

  • Supply Sovereignty: Experience in vendor sourcing and managing the full requisition-to-delivery lifecycle.
