Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, sharp, and relationship-driven Procurement Officer to manage our supply chain operations across our Lekki Phase 1 and Ijora locations. In the fast-paced restaurant industry, the quality of our ingredients and the efficiency of our costs are the foundations of our success. You will act as the vital link between our culinary team and our suppliers, ensuring we source the highest quality products at the best possible value. If you are an analytical negotiator who thrives in a kitchen-support environment and understands the balance between quality, cost, and service, we want you to manage our procurement lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strategic Sourcing: Build and nurture strong partnerships with new and existing suppliers. Continuously scout for the best market options to ensure we remain competitive and quality-focused.

• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the review and negotiation of contracts. Compare proposals to ensure we secure the best pricing without ever compromising on quality or service standards.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process—from order placement to receipt and processing. Ensure all items are physically accounted for and accurately recorded in our internal systems.

• Culinary Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen staff to optimize raw material costs. Research market trends and alternative products to help our culinary team achieve their vision while adhering to budget constraints.

• Due Diligence: Uphold the highest standards of due process, ensuring total transparency, accurate invoicing, and rigorous cost tracking across all transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer specifically within the food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality industry is a must.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of ERP software is a significant added advantage.
