Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be ready to hit the ground running.
• This role involves managing the procurement process end-to-end, ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services in line with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support operational needs
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize supply gaps
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

• ND / HND in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years of hands-on procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Must be available to resume immediately.
