Job Description:

• The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to support ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and services
• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
• Work closely with project and site teams to forecast material requirements
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years experience.
• Proven experience in procurement within construction or real estate industry
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Good understanding of construction materials and project timelines
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
