Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Procurement Manager to anchor the acquisition engine of Mövenpick Hotel Ikoyi. In a specialized luxury hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the supply and the precision of the vendor contract success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume procurement with the clinical precision required for Vendor Lifecycle Management, RFP/RFQ Design, and Internal Controls. This role is designed for a "Value Architect" specifically a professional with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (negotiating favorable terms and achieving cost savings) with the "Governance Agility" required to execute Process Audits and Ethical Compliance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Vendor Governance

• Sovereignty of the Source: Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality and reliability, acting as the primary "Source of Supply Integrity."

• Contract Architecture: Negotiate agreements to secure elite terms and conditions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for favorable vendor partnerships.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a high-fidelity database of approved vendors and resolve disputes, ensuring the "Source of Partner Reliability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Process Logic

• Policy Sovereignty: Design and implement comprehensive procurement procedures, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Transparency."

• Workflow Architecture: Execute RFQ/RFP processes and bidding cycles, providing the "Functional Foundation" for ethical and efficient vendor engagement.

• Compliance Stewardship: Monitor adherence to procurement policies and provide staff training, maintaining the "Source of Best-Practice Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Strategic Power

• Fiscal Sovereignty: Implement internal controls and authorization systems to achieve cost savings, acting as the primary "Source of Budgetary Efficiency."

• Audit Architecture: Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to mitigate risks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for transactional integrity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of specialized Supply Chain expertise to accelerate the "Requisition-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Hospitality Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and vendor management.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Procurement Software, risk management, and internal controls.

• Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting skills and the ability to analyze data for trend optimization.
