Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Procurement Personnel (Lead) to anchor the sourcing engine of our Engineering and Oil & Gas operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the tender and the precision of the technical specification success is defined by "Sourcing Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize end-to-end procurement with the clinical precision required for Strategic Sourcing, Team Leadership, and Risk Mitigation. This role is designed for a "Sourcing Architect", specifically a professional with at least 8 years of experience who can blend "Leadership Grit" (supervising team dynamics and driving accountability) with the "Technical Agility" required to evaluate bids for complex civil engineering and upstream projects.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Leadership Governance

• Team Sovereignty: Supervise and guide procurement team members with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Standards."

• Strategy Architecture: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cost-effective sourcing.

2. Tactical Resilience & Sourcing Logic

• Vendor Architecture: Manage supplier relationships and evaluate bids to ensure best value, providing the "Functional Foundation" for technical compliance.

• Market Stewardship: Monitor pricing trends and supply risks within the Oil & Gas and Engineering sectors, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Foresight."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaborative Power

• Resolution Sovereignty: Provide leadership in resolving procurement-related issues and escalations, acting as the primary "Source of Crisis Mitigation."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in civil engineering or Oil & Gas; with 4 years in a leadership role managing people.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, and Vendor Negotiation.

• Advantage: Professional certification such as CIPS is a distinct benefit.
