Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics operations.

• Oversee debtor management by vetting credit customers, monitoring payment cycles, and driving debt recovery processes.

• Implement theft prevention and loss control measures, including daily reconciliations, stock audits, and surprise checks.

• Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all departments.

• Deploy business tools such as ERP systems, dashboards, and trackers to enhance real-time operational visibility.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on process compliance, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in credit control, internal controls, and process compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

• Hands-on leadership style with a firm approach to accountability and performance.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Effective leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation.

• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in manner, with discretion and integrity.

• Full-time availability, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG/Retail process management
