Job Description:

In this role, you will be the creative force behind our client success stories. You will translate client objectives into compelling communication concepts, lead the execution of strategic briefs, and collaborate with our cross-functional teams from Copywriting and Social Media to Media Buying to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strategy & Ideation: Develop innovative communication strategies, campaign concepts, and brand narratives for FMCG, corporate, entertainment, and diverse client accounts.

• Brief Execution: Own the end-to-end development of creative briefs, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and alignment to brand positioning.

• Integrated Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Media, and Content teams to ensure seamless, omnichannel campaign delivery.

• Quality Assurance: Refine all communication materials to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and impact.

• Client Management: Support high-stakes presentations, pitches, and proposals while building long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor industry trends and campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous growth.

• Mentorship: Lead and guide junior team members to foster a culture of creative excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience within an advertising, PR, or marketing communications agency.

• Sector Expertise: Proven track record of managing successful campaigns within FMCG, entertainment, or corporate sectors.

• Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing creative storytelling, content strategy, and successful campaign launches.

• Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Strong media relations and digital communications knowledge.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Expertise in presentation and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management tools.
